NOTE: I apologize for the kimono being folded to the left! During the drawing process I often flip the picture over to find flaws and fix the balance and I accidentally ended up inking the flipped picture. ): I would have flipped her over but I like the composition as it is. Oh well.

You asked for it, you got it! A new coloring contest. The winner of my contest theme poll was 'Kimono-Wearing Chibi' very decidedly, it won by 10 votes!

THE OBJECTIVE:
This time around you will be coloring my Kimono chibi. Like past contests where I added a twist to make it a more interesting contest, this contest is not just about coloring. I want you to design her an amazing kimono pattern. Kimonos are known for sporting elaborate, beautiful, colorful, even intricate patterns of flowers, birds, fish, geometric patterns and even sweets! So don't just color her kimono with one color, I want to see a fully realized design along the sleeves, obi, etc. It doesn't have to be crazy detailed, authentic or insane, but bear in mind that I will be adding a lot of points for creative, bea

You can download it, print it out and/or color it digitally. You can upload the image pretty much anywhere on the web as long as credit and link back is provided! Please keep the watermark, however, if the watermark is in an awkward place for you, feel free to reposition it. Also, please send me a message or note with a link so I can take a look and favorite the work if it’s on DevArt! I’ll also probably submit it to be added to my club! I love seeing the creativity that goes into the coloring process!
