F*ck you icon size limit -.-''

I've spent way too many hours with making this little icon of one of my newest OCs and tried to shorten the animation twice. I managed it to get down to 15,0 kB. AND F***** DA WANTS LESS THAN 15 KB?!? ***** ** * * * ****** * ******* ******!!!

Anyone knows a way how to make the file smaller without editing the animation or how to take revenge on dA for this? -.-

He doesn't have a personality yet. But I guess he'd be rather cheerful and happy, compared to my other OCs. (Then again, even a stone might seem more happy and cheerful than them sometimes :V)
