Description of Blessings and Annie:


The Atlantic Ghost crab is a predominantly nocturnal crab, and has a square body that can grow up to
3 inches in size. They have 4 pairs of walking legs, and one pair of large, unequally sized white claws. 
Their eyes are able to swivel 360°, and are often seen running sideways at up to 10 miles per hour, 
hence the Latin name "ocypode" meaning "fast footed". They can make a unique bubbling sound by
hitting the ground and rubbing their feet together, in hopes of scaring away oncoming predators.
Ghost crabs are actually oxygen breathers, and only enter the water or pick up moisture from sand
to moisten their gills and develop eggs. These crabs live in burrows that may be up to 4 feet deep,
and are dug at a 45° angle so that the onshore breeze can flow into them.

Delphinium "Galahad" is a tall perennial plant with densely packed, pure glistening white flower spikes.
There are actually many different delphinium species, for example this particular type is part of the 
"Pacific Giants" group. They can grow up to 4-6 feet tall (120-180cm), and need plenty of sun
exposure and moderately moist soil to do well. Blooming for weeks from early to midsummer,
this pacific hybrid is one of the latest of the group to flower. The name "Delphinium" was 
derived from the Greek word "delphis" meaning dolphin, as the flowers' closed flower buds
look similar to a dolphins nose. Fun fact: The name "Galahad" is the name of a knight from 
legend, and was known as the most noble, pure, and perfect of all knights.
