Anemone coronaria is a herbaceous perennial tuberous plant growing to 20–40 cm tall,
with a basal rosette of a few leaves, the leaves with three leaflets, each leaflet deeply lobed.
 The central mound consists of tightly packed pistils in the center,
with a crown-like ring of stamens surrounding this, which gives the species its Coronaria name.
They're fairly used as bouquets as well as to decorate balconies and ponds.
 To grown full and healthy they require some semi-shadow and humid setting.
 They can resist sporadic yet not very instense frosts.

Anemone comes from anemos, the greek word for wind, thus usually giving Anemone the name "wind flower" or "daughter of the winds".
 But this flowers also holds a much more tragic story behind it's vibrant and beautiful appearance.
 In the Greek Mythology, Aphrodite the goddess of love and beauty, fell in love with a handsome mortal by the name of Adonis.
Sadly Adonis was mortally wounded one day while he was hunting, Aphrodite's tears at his death mixed with his blood and gave rise to the Anemone flower.
For that reason anemones can be used to represent a forsaken love of any kind.

The anemone flower’s message is… Look forward to the future and don’t forsake the ones you love.
Something new is always around the corner, no matter how dark things might look right now.
 
This Annie is really inspired by classic fashion. Transparent veil and clothing to enhance a pure and innocent feeling,
 which are decorated with a cute tiny flower pattern on the edges that just adds to all the anemones placed on her outfit.
And a few golden accessories can never hurt ~ Why would you not proudly display your inner light with some shiny ornaments?
Her long vibrant red hair adds passion to her appearance, making her one of the prettiest girls in town for sure ♥
