The Winter White Dwarf Hamster originates from Dzungaria, the wheat fields of Kazakhstan,
 the meadows of Mongolia, Siberia, and the birchstands of Manchuria.
It normally grows 7-9 cm long and 19-45g heavy. While the fur of this little fellow turns ash grey/dark brown in summer,
 it turns white in winter! The pets exhibit greater variance in their coats than those found in the wild.
They mostly eat seeds of wild plants, grass and even prefer insects such as grasshoppers.
Their most well known characteristics are their big round eyes,
 their soft and fluffy fur and the dorsal stripe that runs from head to tail.
With the right care they turn into confiding companions that would love you forever!
