Hello all you wonderful followers of mine, I'm here with a serious plea for help. I need a surgery which will cost about $8,000. I have insurance, but it doesn't cover the specific procedure I need done. The surgery isn't immediately urgent, but it is necessary. So, I'm in a tight spot.
