Always, when I start to draw another night picture I saing to myself:
- The color scheme should be moderate at night!
Saturated colors are impossible at night!
Use only сold tones!
And yep, I could not resist... again^^
I hope you are like saturated colors cuz I really like Luminescence effect and can't do nothink with it^^
