Spinach-Mushroom-Quiche

As the title says it is a spinatch-mushroom-quiche. A little bit of trouble was involved because we ran out of silken tofu so i made a mixture of tofu, soy yoghurt, salt and a few drops of lemon juice - and it worked great

So deliciouse, vegan forever
