It would be nice to be able to click the alerts and go to the weather website (whichever one) to read the details on those severe alerts.

Right click on the skin and choose Edit skin.

Go to the == Meters == section and add to each [MeterWeatherAlert4], [MeterWeatherAlert3, [MeterWeatherAlert2], [MeterWeatherAlert1] at the end (after DynamicVariables) the following line:

LeftMouseUpAction = ["https://weather.com/weather/today/l/#latitude#,#longitude#"]

Then save and refresh the skin.

Now when you click on the alerts icon you will access your location page on weather.com and then click on the alert on the web page to see the alert details.

Probably user error on my part, but I tried to resize - and it's gone poof... can't find it, even through rainmeter management if I try to set the position manually.

nevermind. I found it. I set an invalid "SizeValue" of .8 (instead of 0.8)... just had to dig harder to find it in the variables file under resources. Eli Shane. Rolling eyes/facepalm 2

Yes, in Rainmeter 0 must be entered in front of the point.

Hey @xxenium

Kinda new to using Rainmeter.

Is there a way to make the skin update every hour or so?

Thanks in advance!

Go to Documents \ Rainmeter \ Skins \ Windows 10 WeatherPRO \ Resources, open the Measures file and change to [WEATHER.COMSuperParent], the value of UpdateRate to 3600. Then save and refresh skin.

Hi.

I have one last request to change the display of pressure units from mbar to mmHg and wind speed from km / h to m / s.

Sorry to bother you, I couldn't change it myself.

Thanks!

Regards.

Follow the steps:

1.Go to Documents \ Rainmeter \ Skins \ Windows10WeatherPro \ Resources and open the Measure.inc file

2.In the == Current Weather == section, add after [MeasurePressure]:

[MeasurePressuremmHg]

Measure=Calc

Formula=(MeasurePressure * 0.75006)

and after [MeasureWindSpeed]:

[MeasureWindSpeedm/s]

Measure=Calc

Formula=(MeasureWindSpeed * 0.277778)

3.Right click on the skin and choose Edit skin.

4.In the == Meters == section :

-replace the existing measure [MeterWind] with:

[MeterWind]

Meter=String

MeasureName=MeasureWindDirection

X=(#size#*60)

Y=(#size#*70)

W=(#size#*200)

H=(#size#*30)

FontSize=(#size#*14)

FontColor=#FontColor#

StringStyle=normal

StringEffect=SHADOW

FontFace=#FontFace#

StringAlign=left

FontEffectColor=#FontEffectColor#

AntiAlias=1

ClipString=1

Text=%1 [MeasureWindSpeedm/s:1] m/s

DynamicVariables=1

-replace the existing measure [MeterPress] with:

[MeterPress]

Meter=String

X=(#size#*60)

Y=(#size#*168)

W=(#size#*200)

H=(#size#*30)

FontSize=(#size#*14)

FontColor=#FontColor#

StringStyle=normal

StringEffect=SHADOW

FontFace=#FontFace#

StringAlign=left

FontEffectColor=#FontEffectColor#

AntiAlias=1

ClipString=1

Text=[MeasurePressuremmHg:1] mmHg

DynamicVariables=1

5.Save, refresh skin

Now everything works as I need and looks great!

I’d like to say a very warm thank you for help.

Best wishes.

Your skins are the best!

xxenium's avatar

You're very welcome.

xxenium's avatar

Of course .... no problem.

I love this skin! However, the 7-day forecast now has an issue. Each date is Jan 1.

The skin in the image is NOVA Weather, not Windows 10 WeatherPRO. Download the latest update from NOVA Weather.

You're welcome.

can you update download link please?

xxenium's avatar

If you can't download try right-clicking on the download button and choose Open in new window

Did you also type 0 in front of the dot when you entered the value for the size?

The value entered must be for example 0.58 not .58

👍😊 Yes it probably was that. makes sense. You may want to emphasize this in the settings. I had to shut down the computer forcibly. Anyway thanks for the skin

xxenium's avatar

Well ... when the user first opens the settings menu, he sees in the Size box what the entered value looks like (with 0 in front of the dot) and has to enter a similar value.

Anyway ... I'm glad the problem is solved and you like skin.

Hello @xxenium,

This skin would be perfect if you could fit in "Feels Like" temperature
