To display CPU/GPU temperatures SpeedFan needs to be installed and running in the background.

To display the CPU/GPU temperatures on your system you need to set the CPU/GPU Index and the temperature format
in the skin settings.

For users who want the CPU/GPU temperatures to be displayed in Fahrenheit:

The unit in the SpeedFan application itself must be set to Celsius to obtain the correct value.
Change the temperature in Fahrenheit only in the skin settings.

Time left until sunrise / sunset is displayed at one minute after the sunrise / sunset.

Now, you have the option to use the new location codes, used by The Weather Channel.
You can still use the old location codes (in AABB1234 format)

You can change the skin size
Click on the digital clock to  open the settings menu.

I've added more drives but the read/write lights only replicate the C drive. Any idea how to get individual ones for each drive?

xxenium's avatar

Use my Quantic skin as an example.

It uses read / write lights for 6 drives.

Also pay attention to the Variables.inc file.

Download the file:

Go to Documents \ Rainmeter \ Skins \ Everon and replace the existing file with the downloaded file.

Then refresh skin.

To be able to move the skin to the right, right-click on the skin, go to Settings and uncheck Keep on screen

Love it!

Is it possible to change the colour for weekday? I have looked in the settings & variables files, but can't seem to find it.

xxenium's avatar

Right click on the skin and choose Edit skin.

In the =Meters Time= section go to [MeterWeekDay] and edit the InlineSetting line.

Thank you so much, I just love this skin! One problem though, using with coretemp causes rainmeter to crash so I tried using with Speedfan using your comment but it now shows GPU temperature. Any way to make it show CPU temperature? Additionally will you be able to make both CPU and GPU show temperatures?

xxenium's avatar

I used CoreTemp because my PC is very old and SpeedFan does not detect the temperature for the GPU on my system.

You can display both temperatures for the CPU and GPU.

The measures look similar ,only modified SpeedFanNumber

If you now have SpeedFan Number=0 and it shows you the GPU temperature it means that in the main Window of SpeedFan the temperature for the GPU is on the first position.

If the second position in the main window of SpeedFan is Core0 then change SpeedFanNumber=1

For Core1 you will have SpeedFanNumber=2 and so on ....

How does one set this for the right side of the screen? When I drag it to the right it leaves a gap and will not snap in place. I would like it in the upper right hand of my screen.

I enjoy this skin and thank you for all the hard work you do to keep this updated.
