Dragonborn and viddr

My D&D campaigns aren't going anywhere (all groups down. 2/3 because illness and 2/3 because scheduling conflicts), which means I've got time to do other things instead. Things such as drawing NPCs that aren't gonna get encountered because all the campaigns are off.

Depicted here are two hostile-ish NPCs — one dragonborn and one homebrewed otter-like race — that the players would eventually encounter.
