History: Sarabi is the eldest of her sisters, born from pride member Anaya and loner Hajari- whom had been angered by the fact his mate gave him only daughters and not a single son. This caused Anaya to do her best to keep her daughters away from her ex-mate Hajari. Even Sarabi did her best to help her mother but sadly the youngest and runt of their litter Zira, always managed to find a way to spend time with Hajari. Growing up close to the heir of priderock Mufasa, Sarabi found herself falling in love with him which angered his brother who deeply loved and was possessive of Sarabi. This caused a huge fight between him and Taka in their teenage years, where his younger brother attacked him for the right to court sarabi- something she soon learned after catching the brothers fighting, and defended mufasa saying that she should have the right to choose who she wanted. When Mufasa agreed with her taka, became furious and claimed his elder brother stole her from him, causing a further rift between the pair- despite this though it still pained mufasa when Taka left, after the death of Hajar who tried to kill Ahadi.
As an adult Mufasa took his father's place as king, taking sarabi as his queen and, not long after it was found out that sarabi was expecting their first cub. Sadly, Ahadi died before simba was born and the return of Taka- now going by Scar caused the parents to become uneased around the estranged lion. The day sarabi and mufasa planned to tell simba he was going to be a big brother to the unborn cub Sarabi carried, was the day scar managed to cause his brother's death and the "Death" of Simba who managed to run away thinking he killed his own father by accident. When her daughter Niara was born, scar allowed Sarabi to keep the cub as she was female- claiming she was too young to rule, since she was next in line after her brother making him a temporary king- however as the cub grew after failing to manipulate Niara the false king threatened that a female could not rule, and the throne was rightfully his now.
When scar started to threaten mainly the male cubs as they got closer to their teenage years, Naira helped her pride sisters smuggle not only males but other young cubs to come within the pride- including Meethu and her baby half-sister Sari both having been results of Scar assaulting Sarafina and Sarabi. Luckily Sarabi lived in time to see her lost son Simba return and reclaim his right as king, as well as the birth of her grand cubs Kopa, Kiara, and Kion. Sadly during Kiara's teenage years before her first hunt, Sarabi passed due to old age.
