Mlima Pride Rp: Down with the sickness (Event)

It had only been a few days since his sparring match with Lucia, he had once felt like himself with no issues- minus the headache Lucia gave him with her 24/7 anger at everyone and anyone that came across her path. It started with feeling more tired than usual, then the lack of wanting to really eat followed by having the shakes and his breathing increasing to an alarming rate to where Mshindi had to go see the pride healers. By the end of that week, he felt like he couldn’t move as the lipard laid on the ground of the cavern, shaking and looking less than himself- the muscles he had put on were fading and he looked thin due to the lack of being able to keep much down after eating. There was no down, whatever sickness had been going around had Mshindi in its grasp, not as much of a deadly grip compared to others but the teenager was suffering greatly. What was worse in a way, he had no family- no one that cared, no one to check on him to see how he was fairing and hoping he would be one of the lucky ones to recover. Mshindi was alone since joining Nguvu, he always would be alone and there was nothing he could do to change that. He had no close friends- the teenage males he’d spar and hang out with weren’t friends enough to care if he would survive or not- or risk getting sick to see him at least and keep him company.

It was nearly six weeks after mshindi’s symptoms first started to show, until the teenager finally started to recover and turn the corner for the better- one of the few lucky ones. Even after her fully recovered another two weeks later, Mshindi kept to his den to wait until his strength was 100% back, and he was fully cleared to return to his duties- and still he was alone with no one but himself to care if he lived or if he died.
