Description
While Inaya had adjusted to the lush lands of Mlima's Pride, she knew it was only until her pride was able to return home- to the plain and very dirt ridden lands. Given how bad the flood in their territory had been, Inaya was sure how the prey situation would be- it already was bad even before the storm. So much was on her mind, mainly worries she had enough that the lioness went to take a walk to try and clear her mind. It had helped that she spent some time with Val's cub Lucia, having taught the little one how to crouch. It helped her forget her pride being in danger of itself for a moment. The freckled lioness stretched as she paused and moved to find some shade, planning to relax- then a scent hit her.
At first Inaya didn't recognize it as Milma, and tensed up assuming it was a rouge- which the freckled lioness wasn't sure if they were friendly or not. But then something seemed so familiar about it. She crouched a bit and tracked it down but given the wind- the lioness didn't take into account that the rouge might be able to scent her too. The closer she got, the more she could smell the scent and finally she paused, and realization hit her.
Inaya stood up and spotted a figure not far, and still with some caution she approached but didn't try to hide. It was a lion and at first, she titled her head, trying to figure out why his scent felt like a memory. Slowly her eyes widened a bit as that memory came back "Hakim? Is that you?"
