PRE-GROUP HISTORY

Aphra was born on the mysterious Kamabuku Isle which, is off the coast of The Kijanj Jungle, learning the ways of a healer given she felt happiness in helping others around her- even when they were hostile towards her. That didn't mean she wasn't guarded though at times, though she eventually married a male tiger named Yakubu. The couple were happy for several years but, then the raid happened that left so many massacred by outsiders in search of a cure for some Illness wreaking havoc across the lands. The couple fled with others who survived but split and traveled with just the two of them- yes there was a safety in numbers but, a large group also would slow them down in lands unknown to them; The lands of Ikaya home to several prides such as Nguvu, Mlima, and Ustamilivu to start off with. While they managed to survive Aphra had fallen pregnant when some Rogues with blood lust invaded the lands on which they were temporarily seek refuge in; Usta. A battle took place which Yakubu took part in while trying to get his wife to safety- as much as they distrusted theses prides and those they saw as outsiders, the life of the cub she carried was more important to them.

Aphra was badly wounded and already starving from how tough the Rogues had made hunting in these lands since invading Usta- but she managed to flee though sadly her mate gave his life for this to happen. She was weak and managed to find a spot as the stress had induced her to go into labor a week or so earlier than expected. Thankfully it seemed someone up above was watching over them, as a Usta healer came across the dying mother and her mewling newborn son. The child needed a chance to live, and in her dying moment Aphra begged Tabia to take care of her son Mbita who had been born the night before which was oddly cold- hence his name meaning.

Tabia did not say no nor did they hesitate in taking the newborn to usta, claiming Mbita as their son. As far as it seems Mbita is the first tiger member of the Usta pride- but how will he be accepted to those who have maybe never seen one?

GROUP HISTORY

Mbita never questioned if he was a lion, why would he after all? He was a cub who never asked why he looked different than his mother or the rest of the pride in fact. However, the revelation he was a tiger came when the young teenager met another tiger named Senku who was around Mbita's age when the Isles was attacked which, started most of the tigers' want for revenge. This led to the recent destruction of Msitu something Mbita was also learning about. He was the same species as those who destroyed a pride, killed families all in the name of revenge. Despite his pride has never seemed to judge Mbita for his stripes- the young teen can't help but wish he didn't have those distinctive markings. After all, would survivors or Msitu just see him as a killer? Well luckily for Mbita, his pride isn't one to judge others- even one of their warriors named Uhuru encouraged the young teen that he could never be seen as a killer and was a kinda soul.

With the games being hosted by Usta, it brought many from nearly all the known prides, even rogues to take part in something that is to be fun. These games have also helped Mbita in making more friends and becoming more Confident. Then the harsh winter hit a lot of the prides, but so did a war that was mainly focused on Mlima - which mbita took part in to help the pride defend themselves. The war was won, and though he gained a few scars, Mbita never felt prouder of himself fighting for what he believed and helping Usta's ally Mlima. Spring soon came and with it the season of love as Mbita found himself on a date with the first Tigon he had ever seen before - a female Tigon who suffered from Dwarfism named Musa.

It took one full day with her for the hopeless romantic to fall in love - and instead of leaving the next day Musa stayed with him for a bit longer. The pair have now learned that their time spent together has created a life - they are to be parents! and Mbita has wasted no time in proposing to the one he loves and promise her a home with him and within Usta. Despite a rough labor, the couple welcomed their son Adwi into the world and noticed the cub had the same Mutation as Musa did - but that does not stop them from loving the cub any less.

One day while on a patrol as his wife was quietly resting in the family den, Mbita came across a female tiger who had been pushed into an early labor which was dangerous and provided fatal to two cubs within her litter of four. In a strange twist of deja vu history was repeating itself as the dying tigress begged Mbita to take her surviving cubs before fading from the world of the living to join her lost mate and two stillborns. Mbita of course could not say no and luckily his wife agreed that they'd raise the newborns as their own alongside their son

During the time in which Mbita became a father to his son and his two adopted cubs, the young tiger took a chance at running to become the next Mtemi of the pride. Mbita knew there was a chance he might not gain the rank, but he still was determined to try and worked hard as the trails went into their final stages - heavily respecting his Idol Uhuru and Miss Chiku. So he was happy and proud when Chiku was announced to be the next Mtemi of Usta. To his surprise though, his name was called out when the announcement for a new council of usta was made - naming Mbita as the new Scout Captain
