PRE-GROUP HISTORY

Lishan was the only cub born in her parent's first litter, but the leopard couple couldn't have been happier to welcome their daughter into the world the night she was born. Her parents said that earlier that night clouds filled the sky, but nearly all vanished when little Lishan entered the world and took her first breath- the moon bright for all to see when she was given her name. Little Lishan was a cub when she experienced her first Lunar festival- something she adored as much as she idolized the moon and the goddess her pride worshiped.

Often, she would spend nights looking to the sky, talking to the goddess about her day or just getting things off her chest- whether or not the moon goddess was listening though was anyone's guess, it brought comfort to Lishan to feel like someone was listening and watching over her of course. At age two, Lishan became the older sister to her twin siblings that she adored since the moment they had been born- a brother and a smaller little sister who was very loving and gentle. Their mother Umija had been rendered weaker than usual due to having caught the sickness plaguing the lands, which explained poor little Shafira's weaker health and smaller size. Regardless of this the family adored the new little additions to their pride

Then everything changed after Lishan turned three years of age. Given her pride was hit hard by the plague it made the vulnerable enough for a group of tigers from the Kambuku Isle, a place raided leaving them wanting revenge for what happened. Msitu had pleaded for help from outside prides, despite they were known to be shy of outsiders. Both Nguvu and Ustamilivu failed to provide that much needed aid, sealing the fate of Lishan's beloved Pride once and for all. What little help did come to aid the dying pride did not make a difference, as Msitu was burned and destroyed causing many deaths while survivors had to flee for their lives from the only home and way of life they knew.

Lishan's Father Cheja had died fighting to buy his family time to make it out, as his wife had already been slain trying to protect her youngest cubs who were just turning a year old. In the commotion and panic among the flames of their home, Lishan lost her little brother Fauzi and had to force herself to press on carrying a weak and badly wounded Shafira. Sadly, the already weakened female did not survive but a few days from her wounds, and Lishan had to bury her just outside their homelands before forcing herself to move on.

GROUP HISTORY

After fleeing her destroyed home of Mistu and burying her deceased baby sister, Lishan wandered in closer proximity than before to three prides she had heard about- one she knew for sure had been a pride who did not answer Mistu's call for aid. During her solo travels she came across a tiger named Senku- far from being an aggressive murderous tiger like the others, but that didn't matter to Lishan as she attacked and tried to kill him. The leopard gained a single bite wound though after the wounded tiger finally defended himself, before she took off in fear of what he did- even if it was a simple bite. While healing from the wound she met a leopon Hybrid named Quent and once more ran into another tiger, that seemed enjoy sassing the recovering female- much to her annoyance.

After grouping up with other survivors who settle within the Mlima territory to collect themselves and adjust to either life as a rogue or join another pride- Lishan came across her lost brother, his face and neck half burnt away but he was alive and living within the mlima pride as a healer trainee. Another survivor had saved him after Lishan and him got separated during the fire.

Despite she preferred keeping to herself though and in less crowded areas, she followed her brother and some others to the games taking place within Usta. There she ran into a male named Rashem from Nguvu, whom she had come across before- thanking him for saving her from a quick to attack guard from his pride. By now some of her hostility had faded, but that anger towards tigers was still there- to the point where another survivor living in Usta named Haske came to talk to Lishan. He had noticed how she would look at tigers, even a teenager named Mbita raised in Usta.

Maybe all she needed was someone to talk to, someone to open her eyes that attack other tigers and hurting them wouldn't bring her pride back or her family back- that it wouldn't heal her wounds inside her heart. Maybe now she can learn to at least move on, and maybe work up the courage to join a pride- maybe mlima? Well before the games ended, Lishan made the choice to join Mlima to be with her brother and try at life within a pride once more. It took a while for Lishan to settle into Mlima but she managed to find her footing and adjust to a new home. What she didn't count on was meeting someone she would fall in love with by chance, when she went to the healer's den with a sprained paw and met a lion called Kubu. The pair seemingly had more in common than Lishan first thought and before long they were growing closer with each moment, they spend time together. Eventually the pair ended dup proposing to each other at the same time and married. Before long they found out they were to be parents together, later becoming parents to a lovely daughter they named Eshe

• Lishan has a phobia of fire due to the trauma of, surviving the destruction and burning of Mitsu Pride.

• Due to tigers having had a hand in the destruction of her home pride, Lishan is more wary of them than one would be of strangers- but she is working on her hate and trying not to blame all tigers, for the loss of Mitsu.

• She bears a strong resemblance as well as bears the same name as a distant family member of her father's, who aided the prides in a search for the cure 3 years ago
