Avannia came from a distance pride, born into a family with high social standings but nothing compared to the royal ranks of course. Both her mother and father were controlling since the start and raised their cubs with an iron claw if one of them so much as acted out of line. If avannia or her siblings so much as were late by a minute to mealtime then they didn't eat for the rest of the day, if one so much as questioned why they had to do something as small as to clean the whole family den despite being young cubs- they were beaten and made to sleep outside for the night, or worse be starved for two days. While her brother grew to be quick in lashing out due to the abuse, Avannia grew to be quiet and her sister became an obedient puppet to their parents, the perfect child in their eyes who would do everything and anything they asked.

Finally, Avannia couldn't take it and started to plan to run away from her family and pride. During their late teenage years, her brother Koda fell ill and passed after only a few days due to the sickness he caught. That night her parents blamed Avannia for his death despite she had no control over the situation and tried to beat her within an inch of her life. However, she fought back and ran, not caring if she was a beaten and bloodied mess. She didn't care how exhausted she got, Avannia just kept running and running for the next year until she came across lands, she had never known about. The floodings came when storms recked havoc on the lands she now resided him, but the scared Leopard did her best to survive. Often, she would get scared when hostile rouges came across her, and tried to just keep hidden any chance she could while also just trying to survive. At least when the floods and storms stopped, she found some peace to try and live alone as a rouge- then this new sickness started to spread across the lands.

During the peak of the illness spreading across the lands, and rouges getting more aggressive for food- especially the males, Avannia found herself starving to death. Luckily a kind soul from usta, a healer named Nyasi found and nursed her back to health- even providing her with a makeshift den in Shiri point she could stay in. At some point after being nursed back to health, she went exploring and met a Nguvu warrior Trainee named Silh-eum- someone she finds she can closely relate to and sympathize with given a traumatic past and upbringing. However, he warned her Nguvu wasn't fond of rouges, especially given the outbreak so she returned to Shiri point- luckily just in time to nurse Upepo- Nyasi's adopted daughter to health from the sickness. As their newfound friendship grew, Avannia started to feel safe whenever Nyasi was around- and Nyasi knowing how much Avannia struggled as rouge suggested she come live with him and Upepo in Usta. Avannia of course, despite her fear of being in a pride again, accepted his suggestion. The leopard joined Usta as a cub-sitter for the pride given the new life that had been born recently.

It was a while after joining that a group from Nguvu came passing by- three lionesses and one male, along with four newborns and two slightly older cubs. Avannia didn't pry much when they arrived, seeing the mother of the newborns was heavily wounded as was the mother of the twins- and before she knew it the group was off to Mlima pride. Weeks passed until Avannia found out more about the group when running into her first friend- a Nguvu warrior named Silh-eum who ended up becoming a rouge due to what happened in nguvu. Sadly, their reunion was a slightly passive aggressive one on the leopard male's part despite, he had warned her to stay away from Nguvu. It left Avannia feeling like a failure, like she could not even have a simple friendship- maybe one day she'd even mess things up with her dear friend Nyasi? That did not seem to be the case as, while venting what happened with Nyasi, the Healer let it slip how he truly feels for his dear friend. Avannia felt the same way though too for Nyasi, having fallen in love with the sweet and kinda male. Maybe this was something she wouldn't mess up? Despite her worries, Avannia has taken that big step in working through her fears to marry Nyasi- not only that but she has taken a new rank as a hunter trainee, wanting to do more for the pride that allowed her to join them.

~ ~ Group History~ ~

While helping one of the healers in Usta, Avannia and Majira came across the corpse of a dead lioness who had been attacked and died of her wounds. However, the pair also found her six-month-old daughter now an orphan. Neither of them hesitated to bring the cub back to usta and after a health checkup and nursing her back to health- Avannia and her husband Nyasi ended up adopting the little one as their own. After talking for a while about having another but one of their own, Avannia found herself pregnant- which brought the couple much joy!

However, their joy was short lived. The end of winter brought forth spring, but it also brought danger, as violent rogues had taken many Usta members Hostage and started a small war with the pride. Nyasi along with their teenage daughter Neema were two of many within the pride to rush and defend their home on the frontline- leaving Avannia with Upepo, fearing Nyasi might not come home to meet their unborn cub.

The ancestors shinned on usta though was the pride won with aid from Nguvu and Mlima, against the Hostile Rouges. Despite Neema gained many scars and lost a limb, she and Nysia were alive and so was a friend of Avannia- someone who had once held feelings for her unknown to the leopard; Silh-eum resulting in the pair reconnecting and this time parting on good terms. Sadly, though for Avannia after the birth of her son she noticed, hear hearing has started to go and she has been growing weak with health issues- resulting in her stepping down from a Hunter Apprentice and return to the rank of a Cubsitter.

As time went on and both her adopted daughter Neema and her son Yamala grew- Avannia started to get weaker and weaker by the coming weeks and months. At times being too sick to leave the den and on good days being able to get some fresh air, despite losing almost 80% of her hearing by the time she turned 10 years old.  It wasn't before the family found out Neema had barely dated a Nguvu male visiting the pride and was now marring him as well as carrying his cubs. Sadly though while Avannia attended the very tense wedding, to which the family wasn't very happy about nor liked the male Neema fell for- the sickly leopard would not live to meet her grandcubs as she passed away in the arms of her mate while stargazing one last time.
