PRE-GROUP HISTORY

After the birth of their first litter out of duty regarding the cub law within Nguvu, Najuma and Osi both ended up confessing their love for one another- given their marriage had been to protect Najuma from other males while protecting Osi from being pressured into having cubs with others to avoid the giant family tree made by his Grand-father Neema. During the games being held by Usta, Osi proposed to Najuma once more to renew their vows, wanting to marry her out of love this time.

Being in Usta also provided a nice little getaway for a honeymoon for the couple, something they never had in their first marriage. During their honeymoon, while talking about how quickly their twins were growing up, the subject of a second litter came up when Osi mentioned not minding having more cubs- something Najuma happily agreed. While the couple had planned to start trying for another litter as soon as they returned home from the games, the hit of a harsh winter causing a scary lack of food within Nguvu and both being busy with work caused them to put a pause on that fact. However, with the stress of everything around them the couple of course managed to find ways to de-stress which led to another unplanned pregnancy. Well, planned but not really timed well at the very least. Regardless, the couple welcomed their little one into the world. The couple even named their daughter after Nguvu's fallen former King and best friend of Osi- Yaghzu. Well, the female version of it at least

GROUP HISTORY

Born in Nguvu, despite her home being very battle ready and strict on females, Yagavi has known nothing but love and support from her family who seem to be a bright light within an, at times dark pride. As a cub she became friends fairly quickly with Hava's daughter Alisa as well as Rashem's son Dajan - both being her extrovert friends who help push the introverted cub to exploring more and having more adventures. When she reached 6 months of age, Yagavi asked Eyade the lead Scout to sponsor her so she too could become a scout someday - he accepted of course which Yagavi was thankful for. During her cubhood she became quick friends with Hava's daughter Alisa, as well as Dajan, the adopted son of Rashem and his husband. Though her friendship with Dajan soured when they entered their teen years, given his view and harsh words against her being a female - acting like a typical nguvu male. On top of that Yagavi also found out about Alisa's toxic relationship with their intended betrothal Omari during a heart to heart between the two friends. This resulted in yagavi pushing Omari into a fight which she lost but held her own against and earned a few scars from the match.

Growing into a young adult, Yagavi's brother Reynir found love with a cubsitter named Sikudhani, the pair soon finding themselves to be parents to their sons Lier and Brynj making Yagavi an aunt. Not long after the couple married and within a short amount of time Yagavi's elder sister found love with a healer named Jabari. While yagavi was happy for her siblings, she started to feel a little left out given they all now had their own lives, while she was mostly close to their parents and spent a lot of time with them. So the night that Osi and Najuma passed away together, hit Yagavi hard in the fact she lost her two best friends who were also her parents - grief hit Yagavi hard and despite the fact she was not alone in her loss, her felt alone given her siblings all had their own families to focus on. Luckily, the loss of her parents brought Yagavi and an estranged friend back together - Dajan who was starting to change his ways for the better, which caused the pair to rekindle their friendship.

As time passed Yagavi started to return to her duties as a scout, witnessing not only the reign of a new king within Nguvu but the rise of a new full council - two of the new council members being her Brother-in-Law Jabari and Yagavi’s elder brother Reynir. Though it wasn’t long before another change hit Yagavi’s life one night when her best friend and longtime crush Alisa came to her one-night wounded and bloodied. Alisa had come to Yagavi immediately after a physical confrontation with their now formal betrothal Omari and sought comfort in Yagavi from the terrifying ordeal when she finally stood up to him for the abuse she had to put up with from Omari. During Yagavi’s attempts to comfort and calm Alisa down - the pair ended up admitting their hidden feelings for one another. Over time as the scare from Alisa and Omari’s confrontation which, led to Alisa’s brother and Omari being thrown into the prison cells for fighting for a while - Yagavi and Alisa married as changes within the pride started to arise, stopping the couple from their plans of leaving in hopes of a brighter future for them in nguvu as times were changes, maybe for the better.
