History: Zira had just given birth to her second litter with Scar, but the cub had been stillborn due to the lack of good food within the pridelands. Desperate to please Scar, Zira killed a weak Liara and was only able to steal two of the cubs, barely getting away with them as Jelani had returned during the murder and cubnapping. The two cubs ended up being Kovu and his siter Vitani- though by the time zira returned to the now burning priderock scar, was already dead. To her followers who joined zira in secretly plotting to avenge scar, she claimed scar picked kovu as his heir and rightful king. After trying to kill nala after she birthed her second litter and stole kopa leaving him for dead- zira took her cubs into exile with her and as kovu grew up she trained him to achive her plans. However, Kovu fell in love with princess kiara and togeather they helped end the war between the pridelanders and the outsiders, but at the cost of zira's life as she could not let go of her revenge and chose to drown in the flooding rivers of the cayons. Kovu and kira married and had two litters- sadly when the illness came and effect the lands, kiara had just given birth and lost her life to the illness as did their first born Mahadi- leaving kovu heart broken as a single father. Eventually with time and his older cub's blessings to heal, he found new love and his mate will always understand and accept kovu will never stop loving kiara
