Alright,

Vision:
i am practically blinded by his majestic moustache and his smitten smile.
yet i feel a slight blandness in this piece, unusual for oyur work, i must say.

Originality:
even tho i have seen this concept a few times, the additional description and the unique traits really sell this as a masterpie of originality.

Technique:
The ground spikes create a nice lead for the eye in cooperation with the lightning.
The wings build a good frame to keep the eyes at bay and concentrated on the characters.
the tailblade, it'S trail and the circular clouds create a nice lead towards luna aswell.
unfortuantely i feel you made Luna into too much of an eyecatcher so i will have to cut some horse-points.

Impact:
This is truly a very impactical piece, that's for sure. it also feels very unsetteling.

Conclusion:
Needs more wings and horns

Composition is a subject i am still struggling with a lot, especially the technique of guiding the eye.

And true, i should have done more with the hair.
