Hi. I'm having a bit of a problem with the hair. For some reason, it won't move with the model's head. I have to rig it to the head bone of the model for to work. But, if I do that, then I lose the physics. Do you happen to know how to solve this problem?
I actually solved the problem. There were a bunch of unneeded invisible bones that seemed to be the issue. Once I got rid of them, the hair worked just fine. However, I did play it safe by fitting the hair to the base used. I'd show you the models, but I have limited internet access right now. I'm using my mother's phone right now. Lol, my only access to internet. Anyway, thank you for responding.
Do you mind telling me how to find the invisible bones? I have the same issue with the first hair.
There is a little icon at the bottom of the pmx window that display them. I think it's next to the regular bone icon.
You're not supposed to weight the hair to the head bone... You just need to make sure the head bone is attached to the first hair bones in every "string" of hair. In other words, make the parent bone the head bone for all first hair bones on all strings. See this tutorial for more help: MMD/PMDe Bone Attaching Tutorial
