The New Tattoo

MANY thanks to [link] for letting me use her beautiful design. She gets all credit!
Done at the Navy Pier Body Art Expo.
Yeah, rib tattoos HURT.
Don't get them. Haha.
But I couldn't be happier with how this one came out, and I think it was totally worth it.

I love the abstractness of this piece! Dragons and many other mythical creatures are so hard to depict and have everyone agree that it is a good depiction (I can never find one that really captures what I see in my head.) This one is perfect it allows the imagination freedom to see what it wants to see.

Your welcome! it looks painful though, my sister got tattoos too, and she said it don't hurt >_> she probably lied XD

Well my first one hurt a bit, but I think that's only because I didn't know what to expect. My ribs tattoo, though...that was really bad. If you're kind of squeamish about pain, DON'T get a tattoo on your ribs. But other than that, it really isn't a PLESANT feeling, but it is definatly bearable. [:

Oh I see, because I really want to get one when I'm 18 ^^
