Personal Notes and Advices
These actions work on a single layer.
To improve the vintage effect, if your image has a great resolution, resize it before applying the actions. (I would recommend a maximum of 2000x2000 pixels)
You can add a motion effect to the "changeable" parts of the picture: eyes, hands, heads, feet, children, animals, moving objects, natural elements moved by wind...
You can use the Photoshop -/+ saturation tool, to adjust the toning intensity.
