Wow. I mean... wow! You are a very skilled artist, xinillus. This image... you do such a good job of conveying the emotion of the scene, and you do it with such precisely and efficiently used details. It would be easy to see this image and think that there's a lot of detail everywhere. It looks... chock full of detail.
And yet, on closer inspection, one can see that most of what you actually depict only gives basic form and silhouette information. You reserve the higher levels of detail for only precisely those elements that are necessary to bring the piece to life. Things like Antoinette's hat, and facial expression, as well as her skirt and stockings. Then there's the hair and the draped towel of the young man, as well as the teapot, and finally there's the three roses in the foreground.
I am just... in absolute awe of your sill. I'm watching you.
