Rules/faq for my commissions in general:

- Slots are first come, first served. Holds/claims will last for 48 hours before I offer the slot to the next person.

- Full payment is required up front. Coms will be completed in order of payment, not in order of slots claimed.

- I NO LONGER TAKE POINTS. I'm really sorry, but I don't get enough coms to justify getting a membership to withdraw my earnings.

- Do not send payment until I explicitly tell you to please. 

- Wait times for coms are usually no more than a month. I will let you know if I have to push this time frame. Feel free to ask for updates if I have not contacted you after this time. 

- All sales are final. The most I will refund is 50% of your com ONLY if I have not already started work on it. No refunds will be offered if you are not satisfied with your finished commission. If there are tweaks you'd like, just ask me about it! I want you to be happy with the work I do for you.

- Issuing a chargeback or the like in order to get around the previous two rules will result in an immediate blacklist from ever purchasing from me again (including adoptables). I am a small creator. Please just communicate with me instead of taking drastic measures. 

- I am not offering complex backgrounds for my coms as of now. Specify in the "Extra" field if you'd like a simple one.

- Additional characters are the same price. You can request these in the "Extra" field.

- Feel free to repost your coms on your socials. I only ask that you credit at least one of my socials in your post. When in doubt, just my DA is fine!

- I have the right to deny any commission request for any reason without disclosing said reason.

Rules/faq for my custom designs:

- You may only resell my designs for equal or lesser value.

- Feel free to tweak any designs you purchase from me.

- Feel free to post your designs on TH. I'm XiaoDarkCloud there too, so just credit me for the design when you post it.

- I offer a couple special/discounted customs (as an example, many of you are probably following me for my Emoji Cats). Special customs like these are posted separately and are not able to be ordered as normal commissions. See the "Commission Info" folder in my gallery for availability on these special offers.

Here are the order forms- one for regular commissions, and one for customs. Please fill out a form if you want a slot!! Slots are first come, first served, but I WILL skip you if you don't use these forms. Reply to the linked comment with your form to claim. No limit on how many slots you may claim, but you must fill out a separate form for each slot. Also, this goes without saying, but please don't post a form if slots are closed. I will hide it and move on.
