Tonight's topic was: "Draw a pony on an adventure / Draw a pony on the wild side". Well, of course monsters need holidays and traps need to be repaired once in a while. I very much underestimated the time needed for this - drawing armour, clothes or accessories for one pony is quick enough. But for four, well, the extra time needed gets quadrupled.

:D We haven't had that one in our pen and paper games yet!

Lovely drawing and a hilarious picture, XeviousGreenII :)

I like the variety of annoyed expressions on the faces of this group of heroes, eyerolling, disappointment, annoyance etc.

Thank you very much, glad you liked the expressions :)

Isn't the best moment to strike the one where the foe is unaware?

So kick the door down and have at it, folks :3

Nice pic, i love the expressions :squee:

Yeah, nothing to slow you down! For the most part I'm happy with the expressions, basically everyone's disappointed but there are small differences.

Heehee, did this to my group of adventurers (2nd edition AD&D) spent two gaming sessions building up the hype, in game, of this supposedly wicked ass dungeon... had them traveling months out of their way to get there... only to find a small contingent of tinker gnomes and construction dwarves camping out front, telling them the dungeon was closed for repair.

Well, I hope that joke was taken well :D

Updating dungeon.exe, please try again later.

Thankfully real life maintenance breaks usually happen during night time

On the other hand, maybe it is night there, since Luna's in charge.

Also, I work the night shift, so maintenance on online games always happens right after I get home and turn on the computer. Makes me grumpy.

Limestone Pie EqG (...) plz

Princess Luna: Aw come on! I took a night off for this, and they closed!

Receptionist: Sorry, ma'am. Some pony had gotten panic and destroy most of the dungeon.

Princess Luna: Who has the power to destroy the dungeon?

Receptionist: Princess Twilight, after seeing Princess Celestia was captured by the 'fake' Nightmare Moon.

You know it's a well-run dungeon when there's a receptionist's desk.

The evil wizard heard these adventurers were coming and went "BUCK THIS!!! I ain't getting killed! How do I stop them?....Wait! I got an idea!"

It just makes sense!

Wonderful work.

I need to use the "Dungeon Closed for Maintenance" excuse when I have to cancel D&D for any reason.

I guess "maintenance" is a good explanation for most unavoidable activities :D
