Sweet Almond Flour blend

This is a blend of Gluten-free flour I put together after extensive research into this field. This is also very common to other similar blends, but I made this one on my own.

Blend ingredients
2 cups of Almond Flour
2 cups of Oat Flour
3 cups of White Rice Flour
3 cups of Potato Starch
1-1/2 tsp of Xanthan Gum

In a medium sized bowl or large container mix in all the above ingredients very well. Mix them thoroughly. When blending to make a Gluten-free flour you want to maintain a 40:60 ratio of Whole grain/nut/bean flours to starches.

This flour blend is used more commonly in confectioneries such as cookies, cakes, and brownies.

When not in use keep any left over flour in a air-tight sealed container in a cool but not damp place.
