Appearance: A strange entity dressed in a suit a corpse wears before being buried, a sack over it's head completely obscuring it's face. A noose is wrapped around it's neck, and branches are coming out of it's back, frayed ropes tied at certain places. Unnaturally long arms that end in sharpened claws.

Base of Operations: Mobile, in the forests outside Angel Falls.

Personality: To the untrained eye, this creature just lumbers around, minding it's own business. However, if one comes into contact with it, they will tell you it is in fact a well spoken entity, but often the person is left on the ground trembling afterwords.

No skills or hobbies to speak of.

Powers:

Teleportation: Seemingly capable of disappearing and reappearing in any location it so desires.
Telepathy: The creature is incapable of speech. Instead, it forces it's will into someone's mind to communicate. People often used for this task end up either it's slaves doing his bidding or on the ground, a trembling, terrified husk. It is unknown if these effects are intentional or not.

Weaknesses:

Unknown as of right now. Just do what you usually do and hope for the best.

Background:

The Hanged Man's origins are practically nonexistent. However, there is an old tale from the early days of Angel Falls about a man who was convicted, hung from a tree, and then buried beneath the very tree he was hung from. The tree was inevitably cut down, and soon after this thing appeared at the logging site, burning it to the ground. No one knows what it is exactly: the spirit of the deceased man come back to haunt those who have disturbed his rest, a nature spirit on a warpath against those that would defile it's home, or perhaps something else entirely. What is known is that it is a dangerous thing, and should not be engaged with if it can be avoided.
