Rapture, Aria's Silver Blade

Rapture.

It is a feeling of absolute elation, of joy, of happiness. Such an emotion is rare, and very few can truly say they've experienced it.

Why does this sword, forged from holy silver, bear such a name? No one truly knows for certain, save for a small engraving written in old Gaelic upon the blade:

"May this sword bring joy to its wielder and those they protect, and terror to all who seek to tear that joy away."

Continuing with the weapon series. Would have had it done last week, but errors occurred, size issues.

This is the sword wielded by Aria Kahner, aka Romani. I don't know about you, but it feels like the perfect weapon for someone like Aria. It has a very slender appearance, suggesting grace and skill is necessary to wield it, but in all honesty, I would not want to be on the receiving end of this particular sword... then again, I'd rather not be on the receiving end of ANY weapon. Still, as far as designs go, it's kinda difficult to place where the design for this particular blade came from. Its like some weird fusion of scimitar, katana and rapier.
