Doctor Daedalus Arkham, the Mad Geneticist

And the final new villain in my roster finally shows up. Say hello to Doctor Daedalus Arkham, or just Dr. Arkham, if you wish, an insane surgeon and geneticist, obsessed with perfection and having a severe, practically homicidal case of OCD. His goal is to create the ultimate metahuman, and while he hasn't succeeded yet, he has made some pretty powerful creations (like his minions Golem and Homunculus, but I'm still working on their designs, so yeah).

Expect him to cause trouble in the universe fairly soon.
