Comic Character 3: Jessica Rottweiler

Character concepts for the webcomic.

Today's character: Jessica Rottweiler, the leader of the Liberation Army... or the Street Urchins as the Templars call them, a ragtag group composed mostly of the broken and lost, having been swept away by the Templars' pursuit of order in Golgotha and the surrounding areas. A stern woman, grounded in reality, but not without a heart full of hope for the future. She meets Romani soon after her arrival in Old Golgotha, and gives her information useful in the gypsy's quest to save her mentor from the Templars, all while forwarding her own agenda of regaining some semblance of a bright future.

A re-purposed character of sorts. She was originally supposed to be Nineties Kid in Angel Falls, but when I never followed through on that idea I decided she'd make a great rebel leader. And she's wearing Aria's old outfit too!
