I don't think I've ever done one of these memes in the three years I've been on this site. Usually, when this stuff happens at other places, they're so silly that I can't even begin to do them without laughing maniacally.
But I figure with this one, there's enough stuff people don't know about me that it may actually be interesting!
was the one who tagged me. Although, I don't know who to tag myself. ;.;
Ten things about me;
Rules:
A. The tagged must post 10 things about themselves in their journal.
B. Afterward, they must choose 10 people and tag them and post the icons in the same journal.
C. Let them know they are tagged by leaving them a comment!
D. You cannot tag back.
Thing number one: I occasionally practice the art of fire-spinning, and own my own poi set. (What is poi?
www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZG2CIS…)
Thing number two: I only have two fears in this world. One is acrophobia, which has caused me to freeze completely solid on a stairway before, and is a bad pair with my love of climbing. The other is furbies. I am not even kidding.
Thing number three: I am the queen of faux pas. Awkward silences are my daily conversations.
Thing number four: A friend of mine went to an art institute and is now an art designer for a game company, and ever since them I've wanted to do the same, even though my artistry will never be good enough.
Thing number five: I've wanted to be a mechanic before, for the sole reason of loving the smell. I also love the scent of the inside of waterguns and cucumbers.
Thing number six: I used to be a huge anime fan until about seven years ago. Recently a friend of mine has resparked that interest by inviting me to come with them to MechaCon.
Thing number seven: I've been roleplaying (and literate!) since I was 12 years old. All my real life friends thought I was a jerk for being so politically correct, and so the only friends I had were online, where I almost never revealed my age.
Thing number eight: I had my first surgery at the age of ten, when it was discovered I had gallstones and required surgery to have my gallbladder removed.
Thing number nine: I am very proud of my grandfather, who was an engineer at NASA and a retired Air Force pilot. He also left a lot of his old documents to me before I could read, and once I could, I never could find them in their old storage.
Thing number ten: I am a complete sucker for gummi-savers. They are the food of the gods! Take that Ambrosia that strangely looks like jello! (Kudos if you have any idea what I'm talking about.)
I'll tag people later. Maybe. After I figure out who won't kill me for doing so.
