Skyrim Sweet Roll (Stolen)

I made these with my cousins for my families Christmas. "No one there got the reference" #--()-->

They're made out of ginger bread bake mix, and the icing is made with squeezed lemon juice, and very small lemon bitz. That's all I remember about the ingredients.
