Very nice framing and much clarity. I haven't seen the color version, but I definitely love the b&w version. Her face and eyes really pop out using the present framing.

I am a B/W fan provided that the shot is good for B/W (in B/W you normally need a bit more contrast to make it happening)
Cause of her beautiful light skin, her black dress and her black hair and the great DoF this is again a great shot !!!!!!! 
You're happy with that lens huh ??? ;-)

For some reason I think  in the B/W Katerina's eyes stand out more. Not distracted by the colors, so I like the B/W best
