Kiros

I maybe could've done Kiros a bit light but eh, I did this spontaneous anyways.

Probably will work on his design though.

I'm late to the Mufasa Party lol.

Anyways, my opinion about the movie?

Okay.

Not bad, not good just okay.

I personally think the worst parts is not the movie itself but the internet.

It's either too hard criticized, not criticized enough or people who turn things so around that it isn't even the movie anymore.

It's still a kids movie y'all, can we stop harassing each other over a kids movie?

Anyways in my own opinion:

I think the story could work on it's own or for another TLK character, just not for Scar & Mufasa.

Here the thing, I think the story by itself could work for Zira.

The turn around of Taka wanting to kill Mufasa because of * love * actually could work with Zira (with some adjustment) bc. of her obsession with Scar in TLK2.

Maybe that Zira got jealous at Sarabi and Zira killed Sarabi or something like that? (yes, I know that Sarabi was not in TLK2 bc. her voice actress passed away)

When it comes to characters....it's uh...yeah boring af.

You have you typical "Friends meet on the way and fall in love within less than a week but the boy in denying his love because of reason XY and he is a guy." archetype.

Kiros is a good villain & refreshing for modern Disney but had way too less screentime and they cutted his song so badly..the storyboard looks so good and gave more to his character than just a guy on a tree.

I watched it in German & English and I must say....I actually dislike the English voice acting.

I think it's because the German voice acting puts a bit more "power" into it and the English voices felt a bit empty in comparison.

I don't get why Scar needs a reason to be evil....and a terrible reason at that.

Great Taka, you sendet Kiros after Mufasa...the same Kiros that WANTED TO KILL SARABI TOO.

Like, Sarabi said that Kiros Pride attacked her Pride and she managed to escape.

How to impress your love?

By accidently trying killing your love because you're so jealous that you forget, that the villans wanted to kill you crush.

But despite my criticism...I did enjoy it.

I like the story actually (just as a lone-stading Alternative Universe.) and enjoyed most of the songs.

"I always wanted a brother" sucks in German and English though.
