This is something I was working on at Anime Conji! I just slapped on that bg today. Its actually a lot sparklier than this scan (which came out LOVELY wtf right?) in the flesh due to me abusing my Sakura Gel Pens.

A few of us at Anime Conji (*points at for one*) were giggling over the fact I gave Sailormoon here a set of thunder thighs - but she deserves em with all the crap she eats

NOTE: I'm selling the original, which is actually smaller than 8.5x11, an offsize I don't recall. If you're interested in owning this, drop me a note. If no one buys by 4/30/2010. I will pass it off onto Anime Central's Art Show for Quick Sale.
