I've been drawing alot of manga characters from looking at the picture and then draw them over..but now i'm actually learning to make my own by following a workshop It's really fun how u can turn a stickfigure (skeleton for the pose of a character) in the real deal manga figure...still have a long way to go,but i enjoy it every step on the way
