Karmik Tree

These slow growing trees are only found deep in the woods, hidden away from civilization. 
The swirling knots covering their bark are extremely reflective under moonlight and are easily mistaken for the eyes of a great monster. 
Many believe this tree to have potent magical properties and will harvest its bark and sap for various purposes. 
However one must be careful not to get too greedy, as bad things tend to happen to those who take too much from this tree. 
More often than not, anything claiming to have karmik tree components contains its leaves, which are easy to take. 
Anything else tends to be very expensive.
