Welcome to My Page!

My name is Danni Lynn, and I am a professional writer and owner of Writing Daydreams to Reality. Since 2019, I've written over 240 writing commissions and have helped many authors polish their stories with my editing work and author coaching services. It's always been my dream to write a book of my own, so I have one for you!

I grew up searching for sea glass on the shores of Lake Erie. The lake was always a bike ride away and now as I live near the shores as an adult, I'm drawn to the rapidly changing shoreline. I originally wanted to write about a geologist in an exciting, foreign setting, but how could I ignore the landscapes that raised me?

I'm thrilled to share my new romance book with you!

The Laws of Conservation, Love, & Rocks

Geologist Riley Lark moved to a small coastal town on the Great Lakes after she proposed to her long-term boyfriend and he said “no.” Now living in an old lighthouse barely clinging to the eroding shores of Lake Erie, Riley is determined to bury herself in her newest project: pitching shoreline conservation grants to the state. But when a handsome man keeps knocking on her door to ask about the properties of his moon-charged gemstones, Riley only wants her work to be taken seriously, or she’s going to jump into the lake if she has to answer any more questions about fake crystals!

Garrick Henderson is the king of bad days. Something is always going wrong which is why he’s sure to have a polished quartz in his pocket and a bumblebee jasper on a pendant. His mother, the mayor, always tells him that shiny pebbles won’t make his luck any better. Despite this, Garrick is trying to start a crystal distribution business while he is stuck living at home underneath the weight of his unpaid family labor at town hall. Eager to welcome the geologist, he has no idea that the newcomer is an attractive young woman, as bright as the lighthouse light sweeping their rocky shores.
