OK, good news!  We’re sharing with you the first sneak peek at the Black Hole Beasts comic.  Bad news- Our main hard drive crashed and we’re going to have to rebuild everything from scratch unless you can help (See text below the image)

Stagwolf Art and Toys has been focused on using 3D Design and 3D Printing to celebrate the craziest and silliest parts of 80’s and 90’s pop-culture since 2011.

The “big brands” have survived the test of time and get renewed and refreshed year after year for new generations of kids.  But during the 80’s and 90’s “toy culture” and the connected cartoon and comic media was VASTLY more colorful and had much greater variety.

Many great ideas, beloved characters, and beautiful worlds have been lost to the dust bin of history.

Black Hole Beasts is the first major project by Stagwolf.   It’s a comic set in deep space in the far future, humans are present but so are many other species of intelligent beings, some with vast power. The storyline will be in a classic and exciting vein, the characters however are where the magic is.

They’ll all be echoes of familiar faces and forgotten legends.  If you grew up in the 80’s, you’ll encounter a lot of old friends.

In addition to the comic, we’ll also be offering 1:18 scale figures that will be a balance of “action figure” sensibility and carefully crafted art-toy beauty.  We really hope you’re all going to love this series.

We were JUST about to start publishing the comic when our main hard drive died, and we lost most of the work on the project.   So we need to recreate all the characters, settings, and creatures that we crafted over the last few months and from there start re-building the comic pages so we can get rolling again.

If you help fund this campaign we’ll be able to get some expensive data recovery magic done, and be able to pick up where we left off, and get comics and toys going sooner.

We’re publishing an early draft/test page from the comic, as it’s the only completed one we had archived, so you can get a taste of where this project is going.
