Notes: One of my personal creature concepts for a card game or for an RPG where you get to keep it as a pet. Haha, it was a big mistake trying the pen tool plus the airbrush in Photoshop with only using the scroll/touch pad of the laptop. Still, I have to research on how to paint water properly. Also, I kept spamming the blur tool lol. This was an experimental painting I had in mind. I'm happy with the results though.
