If it's DA, yea, I have a whole folder missing, years of collecting I can't find... crazy right? Hi there! Sorry to hear about this, I have no idea about any of these new limit changes
(Though a google search did show up that apparently deviantart have been fiddling around with settings and things) See if you can try now, I had a look at the settings and have hopefully fixed things!
