Now, I really like this piece 
If there's something I really love about Torchwood, it's the Hub. It contains alien artifacts/weapons, but it also gives a sense of present-day modernity and not some highly, technologically surpassing advanced futuristic base. In fact, it seems more like a laid-back home place.
I really like how the lighting effects and the curvature on the wall actually showed up in the final draft.
