I'm not sure what unit this guy is in, I'm going to see if I can pull some strings and get some of my friends who speak actual Russian, and are in Russia, to pin down what unit this guy would be in.

A lot of the English sources are conflicting and not well cited.

He works in the Internal Ministry somewhere.
