Yes he has the same hairstyle as Flynn. The real hairstyle of this guy is much longer as it's a wig. Oh, and this guy's real eye color is green, he just has the uncanny ability to alter small parts of his appearance.

Nobody's caught him putting on the wig cap and then the wig. Which leaves plenty of opportunities for his wig to be snatched.
