Do you sell your hair models or do you work strictly on commission projects for gaming? I was wondering as I wouldn't mind throwing some cash at you to get a few of them. You do some incredibly realistic work.

I usually work on commission. There are a few of the hair models I have in my gallery I could sell, but most of them where done for other companies, so those can't be sold.

Thanks for the response. If you decide to sell any, let me know about it plus specs on the actual models (obj, FBX, max...etc) formats. You create some darn good hair and it's a shame they are restricted to one-time use. Have you considered modifying any of them? Any additions or changes to the topology and textures technically quantifies them as a different product. You might ask your commissioning companies as well. They may not care if you market older materials. I've worked similar deals with my own work. Again, you do fantastic work and I'd love to try some of them out in non-game related work.

While sometimes I can use some of the modifiers of the old hairstyles as a starting point, I usually prefer to start from scratch, as I seem to get closer results to the reference that way. Also, if the head shape changes, depending on the hairstyle it can be a pain to adapt, so it's easier to do a new one. Anyway, thanks for your words. Right now I'm not planning to sell those specific ones, but I'm always open to commissions if you ever need one.
