When commissioning me you automatically agree to the terms of service and must follow them.
Contact Info: When requesting a commission, send me a note with references of the character you would like me to draw. All questions and inquiries should be sent in a note, unless generalized questions (then comments are acceptable). If you would like to send me an email for a certain reason note me and I will give you the address.
Artists Rights
- I reserve the right to post/ upload the picture on any of the websites I use unless discussed otherwise
- I have the right to refuse ANY commissions or requests I may not have the time or abilty to do (or if I am not comfortable with drawing what you have asked for)
- No commission will be started until 1/2 of the payment has been received. No exceptions.
- Depending on the commission type it could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to a few months to finish your commission. Please be patient.
- Credits must be included in the description of who commissioned the piece and who owns the characters that are viewed in the piece
Commissioners Rights
- The commissioner is able to upload the commissioned artwork anywhere they would like; AS LONG AS Credit IS GIVEN TO THE ARTIST AND THE WATER MARKED VERSION IS USED.
- If the commissioner would like an unwater marked version of the picture it will be sent to them upon request (this can be used for personal use only; for example personal prints)
Payment
- Deviantart 
and Paypal are both accepted; Paypal is in USD only
- Commissions will not be started/ completed until half or full payment is received.
- You have 48 hours (2 days) from the time of requesting a commission to pay before the spot is forfeited and given to some one else.
- NO refunds will be issued (unless otherwise discussed or stated); ALL payments are final
Time Taken
- Time needed will vary on each commission type; it could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks in order to complete and it all depends on the complexity of the piece and the artist's free time
- The commissioner will be contacted when the piece is started and finished.
- W.I.P images can be requested
Notes and Copyright Info
- All rights belong to the artist
- The commissioner does NOT have the right to copy, trace, redistribute, or misuse the commissioned piece of artwork in any way
- All commissions will be completed to the BEST of the artist's ability
- A speed draw/ paint video can be made for the commissioner upon requesting a commission and must be requested BEFORE THE COMMISSION IS STARTED
- If a video is requested from the commissioner it is an additional 150- 500/ $1.50- $5.00 (depending on the commission type)
- The artwork is not authorized to be used for commercial use
Special Note: If I need to refund the commissioner for any reason, the price will be deducted from how much progress has been made with the commission
