Description

In the height of war world 2 a new hero is seem on the rooftops, fighting the Nazi scum on the home front. Black Web, named for his victims found wrapped in black webbing is a scourge to villains and Ne’er-do-wells alike.

“No evil doer’s are safe from being caught in…the black web.”

Black-Web is secretly Dirk Dodgers, son of brilliant genius inventor Daniel Dodgers, who was killed in an explosion that was thought to have killed him and his son by evil nazi agents who didn’t want the inventors new gravity power formula to get out to our boys on the front line. Now horribly scarred from the explosion that killed his father, Dirk fights a one man war on all crime as the masked Black Web, in hopes of using the powers and inventions his father left behind to do some good.

Black-Web primary power is the ability to redirect his own personal gravity, allowing him to shift the pull of gravity and walk on walls. He can redirect gravity inward and boost his strength and durability to beyond human levels or lower his own gravity to leap higher and farther than a normal human. He is armed with a "web-shooter", a special pistol that fires strands of synthetic black webbing with powerful concussive force that can knock over a grown man. The pistol fires streams of synthetic webbing for the purposes of entangling enemies or firing web-lines to swing from.

Did a redesign on my ‘rockabilly Spider-Man’ as I really liked his look and knew with just a little work he’d be a perfect 40e era pulp hero. So I knew I wanted to have a web blaster, similar to the original dc ‘Tarantula’ and the Spider-Boy (from the dc/marvel Amalgam universe)

A 'web gun'? Wow, Marvel really dominates the web-shooter idea market, don't they? Nice work, dude.
