Off-Season, Keeping Active
Hey everyone, how has life been for you all since last month? So, it's been a month since I left my work season, and I am back on EI again, looking for full-year work, etc. For the entire month of September, it has been no warmer than 21°C for the whole month, but has remained wetter than other seasons, which is great for farmers. In fact, other than some periods, this summer in general has been substantially cooler than other years, which is always a plus for us workers out there. [EMOTE] In my area, many of the seasonal joints are shutting their doors for the year, so things will get really quiet until next Spring. Yet still, I am always finding things to do to keep my mind sharp along the way. For the past week or more, my middle brother and his wife are on a vacation in Portugal, and my Mom has to look after their pets (two cats and a dog). They should be back by next weekend, so Mom will have a decent vacation with a change in scenery. So that ends up with me babysitting the house
