Amateur Sushi

So, I finally produced sushi that was not a complete failure!

I like to call it my "Scandinavian Sushi". Besides the (Western) factory standard avocado strips and cucumber julienne, it has Norwegian smoked salmon. (Because that's the only kind of fish at the local market that I'm sure is safe to eat raw. Shut up.) Also half of them had a mild blue cheese, which worked surprisingly well. Kind of like when there's mayo on it, only more blue-cheese-ish.

So! There you have it. Not very artfully made or presented, just hacked haphazardly together the good old-fashioned gaijin barbarian way. I'll get better at it eventually.
